Skills are split into 2 categories, and each category has 2 roles as sub-categories:
Power
Damage
Pressure
Utility
Control
Support
Cast Time is linked to Divine Channeling, and can only come from Divine skills (the ones that cost Einherjar Souls)
Base Damage
Skills no longer have Scaling in Percentage of attack attributes. Every skill has now a base damage and then it gets sources that modify their strength.
